No we need a debate now more than ever. McCain's transparent grandstanding is another of his ploys. Now that the Palin trick has backfired he is resorting to other tricks. Of course he wants to postpone the debates and put the campaign on hold. He has seen the latest polls. 8 IS ENOUGH.

NO! No postponements. Letterman is right. Mccain didn't have to suspend his campaign.. Senator Schumer is right. McCain is not even needed there while complex bipartisan negotiations are being conducted
